Note: If "Android System WebView" does not appear in your primary app list, please navigate to
- Settings > Google > All services > System Services > Select "Android System WebView."

- Launch Teams or Outlook and attempt to log in to re-establish the authentication handshake.
Step 2: Update Google Play system.
Please ensure your core system components are current, as these manage security certificates:
- Go to Settings > About tablet > Software information.
- Tap Google Play system update and install any available patches.
Step 3: Service Verification via Web.
To isolate the device from the account, please sign in to onenote.com via a web browser. If your notes appear correctly there, the issue is strictly localized to the tablet's application environment.
Note: As you are using an education account, and this service disruption is widespread this month, I recommend contacting your institution's IT department. They should investigate if specific Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) conditional access policies were inadvertently triggered by the latest Samsung firmware update.
