The most likely reason the sign-in isn't working is your Windows version, which is very outdated. The sign-in flow on copilot.microsoft.com depends on up-to-date system components like certificates and security libraries, which on your build are likely too far behind.
What you can try is to go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and install all available updates. If your system is able to get on a current supported build, Copilot sign-in should work.
If for some reason your system can't update further, that would mean your hardware is too old to receive newer builds — and unfortunately in that case, modern web services like Copilot sign-in may simply not work on this machine.
