Trying to buy game with Microsoft account balance and a debit card but it’s only trying to charge my debit card

Im buying a game with my account balance and card. It says the card will be charge the remaining amount but only try’s to charge the debit card

    May I confirm if your Microsoft account balance comes from a gift card issued in the same currency and country as the one where you are trying to purchase the game?

    Please note that if your account balance is in a different currency or country than the store you’re buying from, the system will automatically direct you to use a payment method available in that store’s currency and country.
