Based on my research, access to Viva Engage communities depends on the community type. For public communities, your coworker can join directly and access the content immediately. For private communities, they need to submit a join request, which must be approved by the community admin before they can view the community’s content. If they are still unable to access the community, you may ask the community admin to double-check their membership or Access permissions.
