I'm trying to renew my subscription to Personal and I use Access daily. I know it's not cloud based, so I'm assuming that's how I have it.
I don't want to convert to a Business 365 if I don't have to.

This MS page suggests Access is not available in the personal version. Edit: the chart at the bottom states Access is included in all but Office Home 2024. Access is not compatible with the Mac OS with running a Windows emulator.
That's why I was confused! and I know I have it with my now-expired Personal 365. ;-P

Yes. Microsoft Access is included with Microsoft 365 Personal, and it is the full desktop (non-cloud) app for Windows.

Note that Access only runs on Windows desktops. It cannot be installed directly on a Mac unless using a Windows environment (for example, via a Windows emulator).
There is no need to move to a Business plan just to keep using Access, as long as the subscription is Microsoft 365 Personal (not Microsoft 365 Basic, which does not include desktop apps).
