How to Resize the windows of the Browsers?

Please note that I'm not asking the general method to shrink up the size of the windows. I'm asking for bypassing the limitations to the shrinking the size of browser so that I can freely resize into the scale that I want.

Hi, I'm using a web-based app that is originally designed for mobile. So, I need to resize the screen into mobile phone's screen size. But still, the texts are too big for the PC version, and I need to make the window very small, but when I use Chrome or Edge or whatever browser, there's always the minimal width that I can shrink. I have found out that Samsung Browser for PC have reasonable screen size which the text does not shows like that large. But I want to use that on other major browers as it is more stable. But the minimum allowed size to resize the browser is too big..... Is there anyway to bypass this kind of annoying useless limitations? Like using Windhawk or something? Please..... P.S.
