Can't sign up Azure Free trial

1. Card Type & Eligibility
   • Azure generally requires a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit card (certain debit/prepaid cards aren’t accepted).

2. Region & Billing Address
   • Make sure the country/region in your Azure billing profile exactly matches the card’s issuing country.

   • Some banks block “recurring” or international charges by default.
   • Contact your bank to enable 3-D-Secure (3DS) or international/online payments on the card.
4. Timing & Retry
   • After the $1 authorization and refund, it can take up to 24–48 hours before the system will accept a new sign-up attempt.
