Hi! Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with this situation. If these files were being synced from a PC connected to this OneDrive account, please first check the Recycle Bin on that device, as it is possible the files were deleted locally and then that deletion synced to OneDrive. If that is not the case, and you have already checked and attempted recovery from the Recycle Bin at OneDrive.com, the only other recovery option for personal accounts would be to restore OneDrive to a previous state, but this is only available if you have an active Microsoft 365 subscription.

For personal Microsoft accounts, support agents do not have access to any additional backups beyond the recovery options already mentioned above.
