Service Unavailable when redeeming product key

When going through the steps via set.office.com. A message comes up stating Service Unavailable We are currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again later. This has been like this for the past 3 days.

Trying to redeem for Office 24 home and business for mac.

Please help

    Here are some troubleshooting methods for you to try:

    • Check to see if the key was accepted to your account, sign in with the same Microsoft account and check your account’s install/subscriptions page . If the key was successfully redeemed, you should see your Office version show up on the site
    • If not, try again in a private/incognito browser window or on a different device
    • If needed, confirm that the purchase region matches the Microsoft account region, as region mismatch can block redemption.
