I can see that you are having trouble redeeming your product key for Office 2024 home & business
The “Service Unavailable” message during redemption usually means the setup or download path is not completing properly, even though the product key page may still open normally.
Here are some troubleshooting methods for you to try:
- Check to see if the key was accepted to your account, sign in with the same Microsoft account and check your account’s install/subscriptions page . If the key was successfully redeemed, you should see your Office version show up on the site
- If not, try again in a private/incognito browser window or on a different device
- If needed, confirm that the purchase region matches the Microsoft account region, as region mismatch can block redemption.
