I've been approved for Funding, but Azure portal giving an error: Your credit is already redeemed.

Hi,

Got an email saying I've been accepted for the Microsoft start-up funding for $10K. Previously I've received $5K funding to consume by November 2026. When I click on redeem $10K, on the sign up I get an error: "Your credit is already redeemed".

My questions, has the budget been pre-allocated to the account? Or I cannot redeem twice as I was given $5K?

If latter, my understanding was the next stage from $5K was $10K and then it is $25K.

    This is not a technical issue with Azure services, but related to the Microsoft for Startups / Founders Hub program and credit allocation. I think the support link will be able to guide you to the right people
