A Microsoft cloud service that enables deployment of Azure services across hybrid and multicloud environments.
Rocky Linux 10 and AlmaLinux 10 are already supported by the Azure Connected Machine agent (Azure Arc agent) starting with azcmagent version 1.62.
From the agent release notes for version 1.62 (March 2026):
- “Support for … Alma 10 (x86_64 & Arm64), and Rocky 10 (x86_64 and Arm64).”
For Azure Arc–enabled servers managed by Azure Update Manager, AlmaLinux 9 and Rocky Linux 8/9 are listed as supported, but AlmaLinux 10 and Rocky Linux 10 are not yet included in the Update Manager support matrix.
For Azure Site Recovery and related mobility services, AlmaLinux 10.0 and Rocky 10.0 are listed as newly supported distros in Update Rollup 80.
No ETA is provided in the context for Azure Monitor Agent (AMA) support on Rocky Linux 10 or AlmaLinux 10.
