    Hi @Rakesh Vishwakarma ,

Azure free account is limited to one time per user. If you already created a free Azure account you can't create a second one.

The email address and credit card information are part of Microsoft's verification process to ensure this.

You used the same information from the first free Azure account to register a second free Azure account and for that you get the message "you are not eligible for the free account".

Azure free trial benefits can only be used once per person. If a tenant that was using a free trial is deleted, the same personal details (including credit card) generally cannot be used to activate another free trial.

    From the Azure sign-up rules:

    • The Azure Terms of Use limit free trial activation to a user that is new to Azure.
    • If there has been any Azure subscription in the past (including a previous free trial), a new free trial cannot be activated.
    • In that case, the recommended path is to switch to a pay-as-you-go subscription instead of trying to create another free trial.

To continue learning Azure in this situation:

    1. Sign in to the Azure portal with the existing Microsoft account that was used before.
    2. Create or upgrade to a pay-as-you-go subscription instead of a free trial. The documentation suggests using a pay-as-you-go offer when the free trial is no longer available.
    3. Ensure the profile information and credit card details are correct and match the bank records when signing up.

If the message “You are not eligible for an Azure subscription” appears even when trying to create pay-as-you-go, verify:

    • Contact email, street address, and phone number are correct.
    • Credit card information is correct.
    • There is no conflicting Microsoft account using the same identity information.

If the portal still blocks sign-up after these checks, contact Azure billing support as indicated in the sign-up troubleshooting guidance.
