Additional team and channel-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for Education
Dear @24CNA08 Nguyễn Thị Yến Nhi,
Based on the details you shared, the behavior you’re seeing (“Request sent” with no visible pending request for the teacher) is typically related to the Teams license or account provisioning on the school side, rather than an issue with the class code itself.
First, I recommend that you first try joining the class using the class code through the Microsoft Teams web app by signing in at https://teams.cloud.microsoft/. If you are still unable to join the class, could you please let me know whether any error messages appear when your teacher attempts to add you directly to the class?
In addition, please ensure you have tried both the “Request to join” option and asking your teacher to add you as a member, following the guidance outlined in the following article: Find and join a team in Microsoft Teams
If the issue still persists, it is most likely related to an account configuration problem. In this case, we recommend that you contact your organization’s administrator and request that they remove and reassign the Microsoft Teams license for your account. The administrator can perform this by navigating to Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Users > Active users, selecting the affected user, and updating the assignment under Licenses and apps.
For reference: Assign or unassign licenses for users in the Microsoft 365 admin center
I hope this helps. Your understanding and co-operation are highly appreciated. Thank you for your precious time. I am looking forward to your response!
