I thought I had responded already. I believe it's fixed now. I deleted and then added the Birthdays Calendar and deleted and added again the contacts that were not showing up in the Calendar.

    Hello Stephen Becker

It can be quite frustrating when important dates like birthdays aren't appearing where you expect them, especially when you're relying on your calendar to stay organized.

    Please try the following steps:

1, Verify the Birthday Calendar is enabled

    • Sign in to Outlook.com and click the Calendar icon on the left.
    • Click the Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner.
    • Go to Calendar > View
    • Scroll down to the Birthday calendar section and ensure "Turn on the birthday calendar" is checked.
    • If it is already checked, try unchecking it, clicking "Save", then checking it again to force a refresh.

2, Ensure the layer is visible

    • In the main Calendar view, look at the left-hand folder pane under My calendars
    • Look for Birthdays. Ensure the checkbox next to it is checked.
    • If you see multiple "Birthday" calendars (sometimes caused by synced accounts), try checking each one to see which contains your data.

    3, Check a specific contact's Data

    • Switch to the “People” (Contacts) icon on the left sidebar.
    • Search for a contact you know has a birthday.
    • Click “Edit contact” and ensure the “Birthday” field is filled out correctly.

Note: If you just added a birthday to a contact, it can take up to 24 hours for the Birthday calendar to update and reflect that change.

    4, Clear browser cache

    • Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete in your browser (Edge or Chrome).
    • Select Cached images and files and click Clear now
    • Refresh the Outlook.com page

Please feel free to let me know how it goes. Thank you for your time and understanding.
