Phone calls cannot be initiated or scheduled.
To get live help from a Microsoft agent about Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub or discounts, use one of these options:
- Use the Get Help/contact support flow
- Go to Contact – Microsoft Support via the "Contact a Microsoft support agent" entry point.
- In the Get Help experience, describe the issue (for example, “Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub discount” or “military veteran discount”).
- Select the appropriate product/category when prompted.
- At the end of the flow, choose Chat with a support agent or Call me back (phone callback, where available).
- Use the general Microsoft support/contact options
- From the IVR/ContactSupport page, select Contact a Microsoft support agent to start a support request and reach a live person.
If phone support or callback is not offered for the selected category in the region, use chat support and ask the agent to review and apply any eligible startup or veteran discounts on the account.
