    • Are you referring to a test that was conducted through a Microsoft Teams meeting or via a test link shared in Teams? 
    • After leaving the test, what exactly are you trying to go back to? 
    • Do you receive any error message when trying to rejoin or access the test again? Could you provide a screenshot (make sure to hide personal information) if possible?
    • How was the test originally accessed? 
    • Are you using the Teams desktop app, web browser, or mobile app when attempting to rejoin? 
    • Are you signed in with the same account that you used when joining the test previously?
