Startups: Companies that are in their initial stages of business and typically developing a business model and seeking financing.

Your verification failed due to an incorrect tax identifier format entered initially (RFC is required for Mexican legal entities). Once a startup verification fails, the portal does not currently allow self‑service re‑submission, which is why you are being redirected back to the existing profile with no retry option.
Important clarifications:
- Azure Support tickets opened from a non‑Sponsorship subscription cannot reset or reprovision Founders Hub verification.
- There is no direct email or public “manual reset” contact for Microsoft for Startups—verification resets are handled only through the official Founders Hub support workflow.
Escalation path (this is the only supported option):
- Sign in to Founders Hub using the same Microsoft account: https://foundershub.startups.microsoft.com
- Select Help (?) > Contact Support
- Choose Microsoft for Startups / Verification issue
- In the request, clearly state:
- Verification failed due to incorrect RFC format
- Credits expired while verification was pending
- Portal offers no retry or re‑submission option
- Request a manual verification reset / reprovisioning
- Attach:
- Official Mexican company documents showing the correct RFC
- Screenshot of the “verification failed” status
This type of issue cannot be resolved from the Azure portal alone and must be handled by the Founders Hub backend team
