    Hi Robert Herrick

In this situation, you can try the below approaches to see if it can help you:

Method 1: Remove extra Outlook profiles

    • Exit Outlook.
    • Open Control Panel --> Mail --> Show Profiles.
    • Remove every profile except the user’s primary profile.
    • Start Outlook and test.

    Method 2: Create a brand‑new profile

    • Exit Outlook.
    • Control Panel --> Mail --> Show Profiles -->Add (create a new profile).
    • Use the Add Account wizard to add the mailbox, then finish.
    • Back in Show Profiles, remove the original profile.
    • Select Always use this profile and choose the new profile.

Note: If the profile contains POP/IMAP accounts or .pst files, back those up before removing profiles (removing a profile removes local data files for that profile).

Hope my answer will help you
