My Microsoft account has been compromised (hacked). The unauthorized user has already changed my recovery email and phone number, so I am completely locked out and cannot use the automated recovery form.

Original Account Details:

  • Original Email: [כאן רשמי את האימייל המקורי שלך]
  • Minecraft Gamertag: [כאן רשמי את שם המשתמש שלך במיינקראפט]

Proof of Ownership: I have the Minecraft Transaction ID and the original digital receipt to prove this account belongs to me.

Please connect me with a security agent who can verify my purchase documents and help me recover my account. I have the following ready to provide:

  1. Transaction ID / Order Number.
  2. Date of purchase.
  3. Last 4 digits of the payment method.

    I'm sorry to hear about your problem. If your email address was changed by the hacker, you should use the ACSR account recovery form.

    You can also use this form https://aka.ms/recovermyaccount, which will be sent to a team specializing in this type of problem. (Although it mentions Xbox, the form is also for Microsoft account recovery.)
