Hi there

Today, I tried to join the session as the title mentioned but I was unable to join that.

I clicked the link in the message from microsoft 10 min before the session then entered my email address. The error message appears saying 'failed to join. try again'. I tried with different browser and other laotops, but it said the same.

It was first time to register the Microsoft learning session and I really dont know what the problem was.

I think ur join token was already dropped in their session‑broker… the only fix is re-sending the link from ur mail or re-registering once to force a new token.

The error message when trying to join a Microsoft virtual training session isn’t directly covered in the context, but similar Microsoft Learn/training issues are typically resolved with a few client-side steps.

    Try the following in order:

    1. Open a private/incognito browser window and sign in again
      • Close all existing browser windows.
      • Open a new InPrivate/Incognito window.
      • Paste the event join link from the email and try to join again.
      • This helps if cached sign-in data or cookies are causing the “failed to join” error.
    2. Clear browser cache and cookies, then retry
      • Clear cache/cookies for the browser being used.
      • Close and reopen the browser.
      • Use the join link again and re-enter the email address.
      • This approach is recommended for several Microsoft Learn sign-in issues such as “AuthorizationFailed” and Cloud Shell problems.
    3. Make sure the same account is used consistently
      • Use the same email address that was used to register for the event.
      • If multiple Microsoft accounts/work accounts exist, sign out of all Microsoft sites first, then sign in only with the account used for registration.
    4. Try a different browser and network
      • Use a different supported browser (for example, Chrome if Edge/Safari has issues).
      • If on a corporate network with strict policies, try a different network (home or mobile hotspot) in case something is being blocked.
    5. If the problem persists, contact event or Learn support
      • For Microsoft Learn/training issues that persist after browser troubleshooting, raise a support request through the Microsoft Learn/credentials support channel so the event organizer or support team can check the registration and event configuration.

These steps align with how other Microsoft Learn and Azure sign-in issues are resolved (for example, using private browsing, clearing cache/cookies, and ensuring correct account usage).
