[URGENT] Founders Hub Login Loop - Support Case #2603290030001002 - Expiry April 7

I am joining this thread as I am also encountering a persistent login redirect loop on the Founders Hub portal. Every attempt to access my dashboard redirects to the signup page. The Issue: Deadline: My startup benefits expire in 8 days (April 7, 2026). Scaling: We are transitioning our Multi-AI Certification Engine (Azure OpenAI + DeepSeek/Grok) from R&D to a live production database this week. Blocker: I am unable to log in to request a "Level Up" or extension to support our upcoming production scaling. I have opened official Support Request #2603290030001002. Can a moderator please escalate this to the Founders Hub Engineering Team for an account reprovisioning before our credits lapse on April 7?

    Hi Sathiya Sai Kuppusamy
Microsoft is committed to supporting startups at every stage and offers two distinct paths to get started with Azure:

    • Azure Startup Credit Offer: Open to all eligible startups with no application required. This offer provides up to $5,000 USD in Azure credits, with $1,000 available immediately to explore the latest AI models and start building on Azure.
    • Microsoft for Startups: Designed for startups affiliated with the Microsoft for Startups Investor Network. This program offers enhanced benefits to help you build faster, scale smarter, and reach more customers. Benefits include increased Azure credits, access to advanced AI services, expert technical guidance, and go-to-market support to help drive visibility and growth.

Just to clarify, since you're part of the Azure Startup program, please note that access to Founders Hub requires a valid investor referral code. Without this, you won't be able to log in to Founders Hub.

Additionally, please keep in mind that the Founders Hub is part of a separate program called Microsoft for Startups, which is distinct from the Azure Startup program you’re currently enrolled in.

At this time, extensions are not provided under the Azure for Startups program, as per the current program design and policy. We truly appreciate your understanding in this matter. If you have an affiliated investor referral code or any updates related to your startup, please feel free to share them with us, and we will be happy to review your eligibility for additional benefits.

Escalation to Founders Hub Engineering or changes to a specific support case or account can’t be performed directly. The active support request #2603290030001002 is the correct path for urgent, account-impacting issues.

For this scenario, the supported actions are:

    1. Use Azure support for the urgent access/blocker
      • For urgent issues such as being unable to access benefits or portals, the documented guidance is to open a support request in the Azure portal for error messages and urgent issues. This has already been done via Support Request #2603290030001002, which is the correct channel.
    2. Use startup-specific support channels
      • Startup credits and Founders Hub–related technical and account issues are handled through Azure support and Microsoft Q&A as the primary troubleshooting and escalation paths.
      • Azure support is included with the startup credit offer and is the official way to get break-fix help when startup credits or access are impacted.
    3. When to use which channel
      • For this login loop and impending expiry (break-fix, urgent, account-related): continue working through the existing Azure support ticket; that is the only documented escalation route for resolving access issues before benefits lapse.
      • For future advisory needs (for example, Level Up, architecture for scaling Azure OpenAI workloads): once access is restored, use Founders Hub → Guidance → “Get paired with an advisor” to request Azure Advisory sessions.

If the portal becomes accessible before the deadline, use the Guidance → Get paired with an advisor flow immediately to request help with scaling Azure OpenAI and related services.
