Where is the Teams app?

The classic Teams client is no longer available as of July 1, 2025. To use Microsoft Teams now, install or use one of the supported new clients:

1. Desktop app (Windows/macOS via Microsoft 365 apps)
   • Sign in at www.microsoft365.com with the account.
   • On the Microsoft 365 home page, in the top-right corner select Install and more → Install Microsoft 365 apps.
   • Select Install Office to download OfficeSetup.exe, run it, and complete installation.
   • After installation, search for Teams from the Windows taskbar (or macOS app list) to open the new Teams desktop app.
2. Web app (no install required)
   • Use Teams in a supported browser via Teams for the web. This is the recommended option if the device cannot run the new desktop client or if installation is blocked. The classic client is no longer functional, so the web app is the fallback in those cases.
3. Mobile app (iOS/Android)
   • On the mobile device, go to the Teams download page at https://aka.ms/getteams, or
   • Install from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.
   • Note: Teams for personal use is not currently available in China.

Classic Teams cannot be downloaded or used anymore; all new installs and usage must be through the new Teams clients listed above.
