The Intune error code 715-123280 usually appears when the tenant or account does not meet trial eligibility or sign-in prerequisites, most commonly when the Intune trial is not started from the official sign-up flow using a Microsoft Entra Global Administrator account, MFA is not fully configured, the tenant is suspended or blocked due to inactivity, or the MDM authority has not been set to Microsoft Intune after sign-up; to resolve this, make sure you start the trial from the official Intune sign-up page using an existing work or school tenant with Global Administrator rights, confirm MFA is enabled for the admin account, verify the tenant is active, and after activation check that the MDM authority is set to Intune in the Intune admin center, and if the error persists you will need to open a Microsoft support request with the error code and telemetry details so they can check backend provisioning logs.
