Internal error cause a batch to fail, where are the partial results?

I have a few batch IDs that were marked as completed, however, when trying to download those results I get the following error:

Unable to load file notFound: The specified entity cannot be found

I found the batchID on the portal, but the download links do not work. It has not been 30 days yet so the data should still be available. These were submitted in late february. I just wanted to check, did these actually fail or did they complete? I know there were "internal errors" in february, not sure if this is related. If they ran correctly, I would not want to rerun results I already paid for. Where can I find the results?

    Hello Pedro,

Thank you for the update and for sharing the details of your findings.

Based on your investigation, the issue was not due to a batch execution failure, but rather because the output data had expired as per the configured retention period. As a result, the files were no longer available in storage, which led to the “specified entity cannot be found” error when attempting to download the results.

Since the data has already expired, it cannot be recovered. Re-running the jobs would be required if the results are still needed.
