I want to create a "Live" spreadsheet that shows late items. I want it to move items based on the date and color of the text to move to a Late List.

For further assistance, can you please clearly explain what your expected outcome will be? Since you want to move items based on "date and color" but in your test worksheet, there is many different colors and dates. Please clearly identify which colors is considered late/shipping/early, etc. and also what is the timeline that the dates be considered as late (7 days or 3 days from today date, etc.)
