API access and integration with Microsoft Partner Center for managing partner data
To open the Business Central environment, use one of these supported entry points:
- If already licensed for Business Central
- Go to https://businesscentral.dynamics.com and sign in with the work account that has access to Business Central.
- If there is more than one environment, an environment selection page appears. Choose the environment that was mentioned in the response received.
- From Microsoft 365 app launcher (waffle icon)
- While signed in to Microsoft 365 in a browser, select the App Launcher icon in the top-left corner.
- Look for and choose Business Central.
- If Business Central is not visible, select All apps, then search for Business Central and open it.
- If prompted, select the environment to access.
- From the Business Central desktop app (if preferred)
- Install the app from Microsoft Store using the Business Central listing, then open it and sign in; or
- Open the Business Central web client in Edge or Chrome, then use the browser’s Install app option (for example, in Edge: Settings and more → Apps → Install this site as an app).
- After installation, start the app from the Start menu and select the environment if asked.
- Switching company or environment after you are in Business Central
- To switch company within the same environment: select the Settings icon → My Settings, choose the Company value, then OK.
- To switch environment again, use the app launcher path above and pick a different environment when prompted.
If Business Central does not appear at all in the app launcher or at https://businesscentral.dynamics.com, access to Business Central might not be assigned in that tenant and an administrator or partner would need to enable or license it first.
