Cannot leave an organisation in microsoft teams that somehow is linked to my personal account

I keep getting this error. My personal account is blended together with the organisation I work for, and there are no options available to disconnect the two systems.

I have had my organisations account also open on the same teams, but switching between both has become messy and now they are mixed together.

How do I remove this link between my personal account and the organisation I work for?

I am not given the option of leaving organisation, and the only field that has my organisation and a switch button next to it, is in grey and I cannot modify it

when i try to log in into azure i get this

Thanks for the screenshot. In this case, only your work IT can remove it.
Have them log into https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_AAD_UsersAndTenants/UserManagementMenuBlade/~/AllUsers

Find your user and delete from there. Once deleted, it can take up to 24 hours to update on your end. It is not instant.

See if you can leave this way. Please sign into https://portal.azure.com

Then click on Manage Entra ID

Then click on Manage tenants.

Do you see the organization listed? If so, check th box and click on "Leave".

i cannot leave my tennant with my hurtigruten account, and i cannot log in to azure with my gmail account.

im stuck XD

Not sure if I see my other comment under your screenshot. Your IT has to remove you at this point.
