    Hi Neha Jain,

Thanks for reaching out in Microsoft Q&A forum,

The "user not found" error is when you're trying to log into Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub via LinkedIn, especially since your LinkedIn, Azure Portal, and Outlook are all tied to the same account. You've already made it past the initial auth code stage, which points to a glitch in how Founders Hub matches your LinkedIn profile to their Microsoft Entra ID system it's a common hiccup there, not a full account mismatch.

Even incognito didn't fix it because the issue is usually deeper, like cached consents or a sync delay between LinkedIn and Microsoft's side.

Try these steps one by one they've worked for others in similar spots:

    • Revoke and retry consents: Head to LinkedIn Settings > Data privacy > Permitted services (or Legacy > External Services), find anything Microsoft or Founders Hub related, remove it, then log in fresh to reauthorize.
    • Direct Microsoft login first: Skip LinkedIn at foundershub.startups.microsoft.com/login—use your Microsoft account (email/password + MFA) to see if you can get in that way, then link LinkedIn later.
    • Full cache nuking: In your browser (Edge/Chrome), hit Ctrl+Shift+Del, pick "All time," check cookies/site data, and clear for login.microsoftonline.com, linkedin.com, and startups.microsoft.com specifically.
    • Profile check: Double-confirm your primary email in LinkedIn matches your Microsoft one exactly, and poke around Azure Portal > Microsoft Entra ID > Enterprise apps for any Founders Hub entry showing sign-in errors.

For FounderHub-specific issues, use https://founderhub.microsoft.com/support or check their status page for outages. This typically resolves 90% of such OAuth "user not found" errors without account changes.

Kindly let us know if the above helps or you need further assistance on this issue.
