Hello, I opened a case about some situations in the monthly information in: Genesys Reporting Services / Home / SSC / CSC CR Agent Performance. There are 5 agents who appear in the AMAZON report instead of the COUNTRY report. There are 2 AMAZON agents who are showing up in the COUNTRY report. Several agents who have been working with us since last year still do not appear in the report. I also need access to add agents directly in that report, using the “Edit agent list” option, so I can include the agents who have joined from January 2026 to date, considering that several are currently in the training process. I am attaching the Excel sheet with the list of agents.
