Hello,

started seeing increased error rates and latency around 12am 03/10 affecting gpt-5.2 in us-east-2. Are there any ongoing incidents?

I am also seeing this same behavior. Our foundry GPT 5.2 east us 2 instance is seeing lots of increased latency and errors starting today. We are not hitting the quote limit set on the resource but are seeing extremely slow responses.

Exactly the same for us. Open AI GPT5.2 rate limits are kicking in almost immediately.

GPT-5.2 east us 2 stopped working in the app I operate. The Playground was also returning errors. The East Japan region was still working, so I switched to that region.

Analysis

I saw a lot of autos triggered engineering ticket for GPT 5.2 models for different region (East Us 2, West Us3)

Please help with requested details in private message to help prioritize and escalate.

Posting in internal channel for review on the same for above regions.

Recommendation

Please create fail over deployment in other support region as best practices.

For e.g Tested in UKSouth, Canada East (looked better)

Update on 25th March- Outage declared on 10th March and mitigated on 21st March as Srilaxmi hinted. Roll over and Recovery is in progress.
