It’s worth noting that Visual Studio 2010 is now considered a legacy product and is no longer supported or sold by Microsoft. Because of that, obtaining a new license today isn’t typically possible. If you previously had a valid license, the best option would be to retrieve the product key from the original purchase source, installation media, or any existing subscription or volume licensing records associated with it.
If you no longer have access to a license, you may want to consider using a newer supported version such as Microsoft Visual Studio 2022, which still supports Visual Basic projects and is actively maintained.
