How to fix my invoice line creation to have more than 3 lines per per view (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)

For invoice creation, I seem to only be able to view 3 lines at a time even after I hide all the other tabs. How do I expand the lines tab so that I am able to view more than 3 lines.

    Hello Liyana Yatim

Thank you for reaching the Q&A Forum.

Please note that Microsoft has a dedicated forum for Dynamics 365, so I recommend posting your question there for more specialized assistance. I will still support you here based on the information and research available, but it may not be as in‑depth as what the Dynamics 365 forum can provide.

Assuming you are using Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018, please refer to this thread for the confirmed solution: How do I reset or display more than 3 lines in the Purchase Order Body / Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018

From this thread, here are the key steps:

    • Drag the small gap between the Lines section and the Invoice Details section, just below the Total Inc. Tax field. When your cursor is in the correct spot, it will change to a resize icon, drag downward to expand the Lines area. This is not intuitive, but it works.
    • You can also use the built-in NAV shortcut Alt + F12, which will expand the subform to its maximum height.
    • You may also manually expand the Lines FastTab by dragging its border. If dragging does nothing, check whether there is another hidden FastTab below it that must be expanded first.

    Hope this information is helpful.
