Worflow not deleting document after moving to archive folder

I am unable to figure out this issue. I have a form where if someone clicks Archive to YES, it will copy the item from list 1 to list 2 and copies the supporting document library to supporting document library 2 and then it is supposed to delete the item from list 1. However, that is not working. Can someone offer advice?
