¿Cómo soluciono el error? 3 de 3 activaciones utilizadas de windows server 2022

Instalé y activé la licencia de Windows Server 2022 el 13 de octubre del 2022, en días anteriores tuve que formatear el servidor, instalé el sistema y al momento de activarlo aparece ese mensaje.

Qué debo hacer para poder resolverlo?

    Cómo me pongo en contacto con el centro de activación/licenciamiento de Microsoft correspondiente a Ecuador y que me atienda un ejecutivo de soporte?

    Porque solamente me contesta el centro de llamadas y las indicaciones de la grabadora no me dan mayores opciones.
