Displaying Forms Quiz Answers into PowerPoint One Question At a Time

I would like to be able to see responses to individual questions in a Forms Quiz while presenting in PowerPoint one question at a time.

I do not think this is possible as an audience member has to answer all questions before they submit.

Is there a way to create a Quiz in Forms where they submit their response to each question one at a time so the responses can be seen to each question in real time in PowerPoint?

    Dear Alex,

Microsoft Forms doesn’t currently allow participants to submit answers one question at a time. The design is that a quiz or survey is completed in full and then submitted, which is why you only see responses after the whole form is done.

If your goal is to show live responses question‑by‑question in PowerPoint, there are a couple of workarounds:

    Workarounds

    • Use Microsoft Forms with PowerPoint Live integration: You can embed a Forms poll directly into your PowerPoint slide deck. Each poll is essentially one question, and participants submit their response immediately. That way, you can show results in real time as you move through slides.
    • Break the quiz into multiple Forms: Instead of one big quiz, create separate Forms (one per question or per small group of questions). Each submission will give you instant results you can display.

Let me know if this helped you or if you have any other further questions or concerns.
