Applying for Managed Customer to Modify Content Filtering Guardrails

Hello,

My organization processes therapy transcripts for the purposes of providing analytics and summaries of the content discussed in these sessions. However, we have found recently that even with content filter sensitivities set to their lowest setting, we are getting denials of processing in the Azure environment. This is detrimental to our business, as there are often sensitive subjects discussed in therapy which the filter seems to be blocking.

We have submitted a request for modified guardrails, but have been rejected on the grounds of not being a managed customer - can you please advise? This is quite literally disrupting our business at the moment and we'd like to find a solution.
