Tasks, assignments, and learning activities managed within the Teams class environment
Hi @Kis Zsolt,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum and for taking the time to explain the situation so clearly.
I checked the Microsoft 365 Service Health dashboard (the place where Microsoft posts real‑time updates about outages, incidents, or known issues affecting Microsoft 365 apps) on my side to see whether there’s any advisory related to the Teams mobile experience on Android. At the moment, there’s nothing listed that matches the issue you and your classmates are encountering. Since multiple students are affected and everything works normally on the desktop and web versions, this doesn’t look like a device‑specific problem. It feels much more like an emerging issue with the Android app for Education tenants. I also took a look at the community links you shared.
I also reviewed the community links you shared. Thank you for including those, they help confirm that this may be more widespread and not limited to just your class.
Since you’ve already tried all the major troubleshooting steps, the most effective next step now is to involve your school’s IT admin. End users unfortunately can’t submit this type of report directly to Microsoft. Your admin will need to check the Microsoft 365 admin center and report the issue through Service Health.
This process allows Microsoft Support to gather diagnostic information, investigate the behavior in depth, and work toward a fix as quickly as possible. Your IT admin can also open a support ticket using the guidance: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn, which ensures your organization is properly prioritized and the case is reviewed by the appropriate engineering teams.
I hope you can understand that as a forum moderator, I’m not able to intervene directly, make changes to the service, or escalate this issue internally. What I can do is help clarify the right next steps so the issue can be identified and resolved by the correct support channels as soon as possible.
I also believe many users may be experiencing the same issue without knowing where to report it. If you find this reply helpful, I’d truly appreciate it if you could click “Accept Answer.” This helps bring more visibility to the thread, makes it easier for others facing the same problem to find, and helps concentrate community attention on the issue. The more users who acknowledge or report the behavior, the sooner the product team can recognize it and prioritize a fix.
Thank you again for raising this. If there are any updates once the issue is officially acknowledged, I’ll be more than happy to share them here to keep you informed.
