By default, Outlook desktop is set to display emails from the last 1 year only. This setting helps improve Outlook’s performance. You can change this setting by following the steps below:
- Open Outlook and click File.
- In the middle of the screen, select Account Settings.
- When the Account Settings window opens, select the email account you are currently using.
- Click Change.
- Adjust the date range to display more emails, then save the changes.
After making this change, Outlook will take some time to download and display older emails. Please allow up to 24 hours, as the update is not reflected immediately.
