I have upgraded my own servers and now need to upgrade a customer's servers.
I have ordered software (subscription) for this customer and under Volume Licensing I can see the agreement between the customer and Microsoft.
But I can only see the key that I have installed on my own servers.
Can I use this at the customer's?
Best Regards

When upgrading Exchange 2019 to Exchange Server Subscription Edition (SE), it is important to use the correct product key associated with the customer's Volume Licensing agreement. The product key you have installed on your own servers is likely tied to your specific licensing agreement and may not be valid for use on the customer's servers.

To ensure compliance and avoid any licensing issues, you should retrieve the product key that corresponds to the customer's Volume Licensing agreement. You can do this by signing in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center with the customer's admin account and navigating to the volume licensing section to view the appropriate product keys.

Using the correct product key will help ensure that the upgrade process goes smoothly and that the customer's installation is properly licensed.
