    Hello @Guteša Marko,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

From your description, it appears that you are receiving an “enter valid mail” message when trying to verify your school email address in order to download the educational version of Microsoft Project.

This issue commonly occurs for one of the following reasons:

    1. The school email domain has not been registered with Microsoft 365 for Education.
    2. The email address is not yet fully activated by your institution.
    3. You may be signing in with a personal Microsoft account instead of your school account.
    4. The school tenant may not have Microsoft Project included in its license.

To help resolve this, please try the following:

Step 1: Confirm you are signing in with your school account Make sure you are using the exact email provided by your Faculty of Science (for example: ******@faculty-domain.edu).

Step 2: Check if your school account can sign in to Microsoft 365 Go to: https://portal.office.com

If you cannot sign in there, your school account may not be fully provisioned.

Step 3: Contact your university IT department Since educational licenses are managed by your institution, the Faculty of Science in Novi Sad will need to confirm:

    • Whether your email account is active

    • Whether your tenant includes Microsoft Project

    • Whether your domain is registered with Microsoft Education

Please note that Microsoft forum moderators do not have access to verify or activate student accounts directly, as these are managed by the institution.

If you would like, please let us know:

    • The exact error message (word-for-word)

    • The full email domain (for example: @example.edu – you may mask part of it for privacy)

Please provide screenshots showing the error via Private Message. I have sent you a private message, which you can easily find at the top of the thread.

We will be happy to guide you further.

If you are receiving an "enter valid mail" message while trying to verify your email for the Microsoft Learn for Educators program, it may indicate that your email domain is not recognized or is blocked. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Check Your Email Domain: Ensure that the email address you are using is an official academic email from your institution (e.g., @university.edu).
    2. Contact Support: If your email domain is not recognized, log in to the MSLE portal and create a support ticket. The support team can guide you through the verification process, which may take up to seven business days.
    3. Provide Necessary Documents: Be prepared to provide documentation that confirms your institution's academic status, such as domain registration records or accreditation certificates, if requested.

Make sure to follow these steps to help resolve the verification issue and gain access to the educational version of MS Project.
