Hello @Shaun Human, @Leona Meade and other users who have the same issue,Since multiple users are reporting that this issue persists, I recommend having your IT administrator report issue through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center so the Microsoft Education support team can investigate the problem at the tenant level. This is the most effective way to escalate issues that affect many users.

    Hello  @narayanasrikanthreddy,

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, there are various of reason for Classwork content may not appear such as sync issue, the user may not have the correct permission, classwork may be disabled or restricted by app permission and in some case it can be caused by mobile app caching issue.

For my recommendation, kindly check these following:

1/ Ask your student to refresh the Teams data

    • Sign out of Teams > close the app > sign back in
    • Update the Teams app to the latest version
    • Try using Teams on the browser to compare
    1. Confirm Classwork is allowed for students
    • Your IT administrator should check:
    • Teams Admin Center > Teams apps > Manage apps
    • Search for Classwork and ensure it is allowed
    • Then check App permission policies and ensure students have a policy that allows Classwork

2/ Check whether the material is controlled by another feature

Note: Please understand that as a forum moderator, my primary goal is to provide helpful guidance and support through general troubleshooting steps. While I don’t have access to internal systems or test devices required to resolve backend/account issues, I truly appreciate your understanding of these limitations.

Thank you for choosing Microsoft, and I am looking forward to your response. If all checks have passed but the issue persists, kindly provide more information so that I can investigate further.

If the Classwork feature in Teams is not showing up for some students, it could be due to a few reasons related to how Teams synchronizes data. Microsoft Teams relies on Microsoft Entra ID for managing class rosters, and sometimes the cache for Teams may not update correctly, which can lead to users appearing missing in their Class Teams.

Microsoft is aware of these issues and is working on a fix for the synchronization pipeline between Microsoft Entra ID and Teams. In the meantime, you might want to check if the affected students have the correct permissions and are part of the appropriate Class Teams. Additionally, you can ensure that the Classwork feature is enabled for those users in the Teams Admin Center.

If the problem persists, consider using the published scripts that help update the Teams cache with the data stored in Microsoft Entra ID.
