Hello @narayanasrikanthreddy,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your description, there are various of reason for Classwork content may not appear such as sync issue, the user may not have the correct permission, classwork may be disabled or restricted by app permission and in some case it can be caused by mobile app caching issue.
For my recommendation, kindly check these following:
1/ Ask your student to refresh the Teams data
- Sign out of Teams > close the app > sign back in
- Update the Teams app to the latest version
- Try using Teams on the browser to compare
- Confirm Classwork is allowed for students
- Your IT administrator should check:
- Teams Admin Center > Teams apps > Manage apps
- Search for Classwork and ensure it is allowed
- Then check App permission policies and ensure students have a policy that allows Classwork

2/ Check whether the material is controlled by another feature

While I don’t have access to internal systems or test devices required to resolve backend/account issues, I truly appreciate your understanding of these limitations.
Thank you for choosing Microsoft, and I am looking forward to your response. If all checks have passed but the issue persists, kindly provide more information so that I can investigate further.
