How to get help with an Azure Portal issues

I have an open ticket with MS Support that is not being responded to (several weeks waiting).

I created a second ticket, and have had the same experience.

I've tried calling the support phone line (1800 624 449), which used to get me to speak to someone (after 30-60 minute hold time), but now it just says "Azure support is now provided online" and redirects to aka.ms/prosupport.

However this website redirects to the regular Azure support, which doesn't allow creation of new tickets any more, and redirects to this community forum.

How can I have someone investigate the status of our tickets and explain why they are not being attended to?
