I would like to access the calls history on team, the earliest I can see is september 2025 but I need to access dates before April 2025 onwards.
Please help.

Here is some information that will help clarify your question. You can view and retrieve past call logs and their durations in Microsoft Teams, but this depends on certain conditions:
1/ For end users:
Note: This feature requires your organization to have Enterprise Voice or Business Voice licenses enabled.
2/ For administrator permissions:
Note: The following steps can only be accessed by users with administrator permissions.
Detailed historical call data is available through the Teams Admin Center under Analytics & reports (PSTN & SMS usage reports). These reports typically cover up to 90 days.
