Hello,

My notebook [Moderator note: personal info removed] is not syncing on my Iphone. I created a Folder called 1 [Moderator note: personal info removed] weeks ago on my Macbook and have tried multiple different ways to Sync and it will not come up on my I phone. Within the folder 2 [Moderator note: personal info removed], I also created a number of new Pages on my Macbook and they are not coming up. These contain information I frequently use and would greatly appreciate your assistance.

Thanks, Kim

    Dear @Kimberley Bullard

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

As a moderator, I don't have the tools to investigate your specific tenant directly because this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators and contributors, including external Microsoft employees, cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas. However, I will try my best to guide you as clearly as possible.

Could you help me by taking screenshots of those two sections on your Mac and on your iPhone? This will allow me to get a better overview of the situation. Thank you very much.

Also, may I ask if you have checked OneNote on the web yet? Is that folder synced on OneNote web?

If you see the folder there: The issue is only with your iPhone.

If you do not see the folder there: The issue is with your Mac; it hasn't finished uploading yet.

    Looking forward to your response!
