I have created a new enrollment profile for shared iPad in intune & ABM and assign the device as well. I have setup the same configuration as suggested by Microsoft:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/intune/intune-service/enrollment/device-enrollment-shared-ipad

when I reset my iPad and try to enroll this iPad, it gives an error "The Configuration for your iPad could not be loaded from xyz. This account is not authorised for this action"

Could anyone help me to setup Shared iPad for my organization

The error message "The Configuration for your iPad could not be loaded from xyz. This account is not authorised for this action" typically indicates that there may be an issue with the enrollment profile or the permissions associated with the account being used for the enrollment. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Verify Enrollment Profile: Ensure that the enrollment profile you created in Apple Business Manager (ABM) is correctly configured and assigned to the device. Double-check that the device is indeed associated with the correct profile.
    2. Check User Permissions: Make sure that the user account you are using to enroll the iPad has the necessary permissions in both Intune and ABM. The account should be authorized to enroll devices under the specified enrollment profile.
    3. Device Assignment: Confirm that the device is properly assigned to the enrollment profile in ABM. If the device was recently added, it may take some time for the changes to propagate.
    4. Network Connection: Ensure that the iPad is connected to a stable internet connection during the enrollment process, as connectivity issues can lead to errors.
    5. Recreate the Enrollment Profile: If the issue persists, consider deleting and recreating the enrollment profile in ABM, ensuring that all settings are correctly configured according to Microsoft's guidelines.
    6. Contact Support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, you may need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance, as they can provide more specific guidance based on your organization's setup.

Following these steps should help you resolve the issue with setting up the Shared iPad for your organization.
