My teams calendar got switched to new one by itself. I have spent a lot of time trying to switch back to the old one. The toggles switch at the top does not work, its permanently stuck on New Calendar. Instead it open a form for feedback, which i have filled multiple times and the bottom of the feedback form there is a button for 'Stay in New Calendar', well I am already in new calendar, genius. Something somewhere is broken. The option to switch is not there. Please help. The new version is very hard to use and not at all intuitive.

Please add an option to re‑enable the old Calendar view, as its daily summary layout made appointments easy to see at a glance and significantly increased my workflow on a daily basis.

Please bring back the old calendar in Teams. I hate the new calendar. It doesn't look good and not at all easy to use.

Dear @Tim Overbeck, @Kevin R Keely, @Mullins,Benjamin and @Mangal, Aditya (WP) Thank you for joining the discussion.

As I explained in my previous answer and comment, the Microsoft Q&A forum is a user‑to‑user community. Moderators here do not have the ability to change or modify product features. Decisions related to Microsoft product design, functionality, and feature availability are managed solely by the Microsoft product team. Even if a support ticket is submitted, the support team also cannot directly alter product features.

Our responsibility as moderators is to provide general knowledge, basic troubleshooting guidance based on the information you share, and direct users to the most appropriate channels when necessary.

While I previously mentioned following the guidance in my answer to submit feedback, I apologize for not providing clearer instructions. To send your feedback directly to Microsoft regarding this issue, please follow these steps: You can submit feedback directly to Microsoft via the Teams app (Settings and more > Feedback), or through Feedback Hub byGo to: Microsoft 365 Feedback Hub > Send Feedback > Describe your proposal in detail.

I completely understand how discouraging and inconvenient this situation may feel, and I genuinely recognize the impact it can have on your workflow. Please know that I sincerely wish I could provide a more direct solution or take further action to help you resolve this immediately. However, changes to product behavior, feature availability, or service design are fully managed by the Microsoft product team, and moderators on this forum do not have the ability to influence or modify any product‑level decisions.

Despite these limitations, I truly want to assure you that I have carefully reviewed your concerns and provided every piece of guidance that is currently possible within the scope of this platform. I remain committed to supporting you with clear explanations, helpful resources, and the most appropriate next steps available here.

Once again, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and frustration this issue has caused. Thank you for your patience and understanding, and please rest assured that I have done everything within my capabilities to assist you as effectively as possible. If any new details arise or if there is anything else you would like to clarify, I will be here to help.

Really hating that they are forcing the new calendar on us.
The main reason I was not switching to the new calendar was simply due to the fact that you can no longer just click on a clear slot on the calendar to create a new meeting/item. Seems like MS designers intentionally looked for ways to make things harder rather than keep simple functions that streamline the process.
I have provided this feedback every time I switched back to old calendar, I can't imagine I'm the only one that finds this incredibly annoying and poorly thought out. Please do better!!
