As a personal user, you should be able to view powerpoint live, but not to share.

    Hello !

Unfortunately, at the moment, PowerPoint Live is not available for the personal version of Microsoft Teams.
This feature is only available for work/school professional accounts.
However, you can still share any specific window with the "Share" feature, which is present in the personal version of Teams.

Please let me know if you have any other question !

If you do not see PowerPoint Live while sharing in a Teams meeting on your Mac, it may be due to the meeting policy settings or the specific version of Microsoft Teams you are using. PowerPoint Live is a feature that allows users to share PowerPoint presentations interactively during meetings, but it is controlled by user policies set by the organization or the meeting organizer.

Since you are using Microsoft 365 Personal, ensure that your Teams app is updated to the latest version, as older versions may not support all features. Additionally, check if your account has the necessary permissions to use PowerPoint Live in meetings. If the feature is not available, you might want to contact your IT administrator or Microsoft support for further assistance.
