    Hi Pranav Agrawal

The Data Explorer cluster was stuck in the “Starting” state due to an intermittent startup issue. Multiple attempts to start the cluster from the Azure portal initially failed.

Backend diagnostics confirmed that there were no recent patching or maintenance events impacting the cluster. Further checks focused on verifying cluster state, auto-stop configuration, resource availability, and permissions to ensure all startup conditions were met.

After re-initiating the resume operation and validating the related configurations and service health, the cluster successfully started and became available again.

The issue was mitigated by resuming the cluster and confirming that all dependent settings and health checks were in a valid state, restoring normal service availability.
