I am having problems with my Outlook app on my iPad. I am only able to send one email before the screen freezes. I then close the app, by swiping up on my screen. Once opened, I can send another email, but only one, and then it freezes again.

It seems that you are experiencing issues with the Outlook app on your iPad, where it freezes after sending one email. While the context provided does not specifically address issues related to the iPad version of Outlook, here are some general troubleshooting steps you can consider:

    1. Update the App: Ensure that your Outlook app is updated to the latest version available in the App Store.
    2. Restart Your Device: Sometimes, a simple restart of your iPad can resolve temporary glitches.
    3. Reinstall the App: Uninstalling and then reinstalling the Outlook app can help clear any corrupted data that may be causing the freezing issue.
    4. Check for iOS Updates: Make sure your iPad's operating system is up to date, as updates can fix compatibility issues.
    5. Clear Cache: If possible, clear the app cache or data to remove any temporary files that may be causing problems.
    6. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.

These steps may help improve the performance of the Outlook app on your iPad.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Check for any latest updates for the Outlook app on the App Store.

Open App Store, search for Outlook, and install all the latest updates.

If the app is already up to date, try restarting your iPhone, then launch the Outlook iOS app again. If you are still experiencing the same issue, uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store.

Reinstalling the app will not delete any of your emails or Outlook Folders.

Let me know how it goes.
