-When you say you cannot access the bot in Teams, do you mean the bot app does not appear in Teams at all?
-Are you able to install or add the bot? If so, does the installation complete successfully, or do you see any error messages?
-If the bot installs successfully, are you able to open the chat and does the bot respond when you send a message?
-Does the bot work when tested in App Studio or Developer Portal, but not when used normally in Microsoft Teams?
